Hand-made soft vanilla nougat with crunchy slow roasted almonds is enrobed in Bahen & Co dark chocolate.

Bahen & Co cacao beans are honourably sourced, roasted, stone ground, conched and aged all in small batches by rare vintage machines.  A traditional approach to chocolate making that returns to a slower pace of a previous time.
