Just a friendly reminder, if one of the items you’ve ordered is not yet available (pre-order), we will ship your order once all items are in stock.

POSTAGE: via Australia Post charges are:

$3 Standard post for a selected few small items (seeds and cards) when no other items are included in the order

$10 Standard post – 4-7 business days

$15 Express post – 2-4 business days

  • We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.
  • Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Regional and rural areas may add 1-2 additional days to delivery time frames.

Local Pick-up is available on weekdays from reception at INNX.Hub located at 61-63 Parry St Newcastle West 2302. An email or message will be sent to you to confirm when your package is ready to be collected. Generally, this will be the next working day.

PACKAGING: We believe in sustainable living and where possible try to reuse boxes and packaging when we can. However, when an item is sent as a gift, we ensure that the package is looking as beautiful as possible.


Please select carefully before purchasing, refunds will not be provided on ‘change of mind’. However, with valid ‘proof of purchase’ untampered products (in original packaging) may be exchanged for a credit note or something of similar value when contacting us directly via jessica@thestorekeeper.co within 14 days of receiving your item.

With ‘proof of purchase’ refunds or exchange may be issued if an item has a ‘major’ problem, i.e.

​- The item is unsafe

​- The item is significantly different from the sample or description

​- The item is faulty

We endeavor to process all returns within 7 working days once the item has been received into our studio. Our small team work very hard to process everything in a timely fashion though busy times can call for our attention elsewhere on a daily basis, therefore if your return is urgent please contact us directly via jessica@thestorekeeper.co

Linen and Linen Care

How do I care for my linen items?

Proper care of your linen purchase will not only extend the life of your item, but simply, allow you to enjoy it longer.

Our items can be hand-washed or machine washed. If using a machine, please wash on temperatures no higher than 30 C and wash with like colors.

Line-dry is always the best option, but if you must use a dryer, only tumble on a low setting. Never wash or dry with high heat.

Do I need to iron my linen?

If you run a house like Downton Abbey, then yes. However, if you’re like the rest of us, a smoothing out straight from the line or dryer will render your linen socially acceptable. It’s really just a matter of what you are comfortable with. If using an iron, a medium to medium-high setting will have you smooth in a jiffy.
